Hey there!

I help educate & empower women in perimenopause who feel exhausted and out of control find their energy, confidence, and build a foundation for longevity. I know what you are going through - because I am going through it too!

I’m Karissa

My new anxiety, weight gain, rage and just not feeling like myself in my new decade of life was wearing on me. As I learned about perimenopause I realized I was NOT TOO YOUNG. And my symptoms were not a result of corporate burn out or postpartum symptoms (five years later). Since then I made it my mission to help women like me not just survive this phase of life but rewrite the narrative. I don’t want other women to be one of the 13% that have to choose between their careers or their health. With education and empowerment we can THRIVE!
